By accessing or using the Wealth Afrique website and the WealthNuggets mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Wealth Afrique provides:

  • WealthNuggets: A mobile application offering financial literacy education through bite-sized lessons, quizzes, progress tracking, and community features.
  • Wealth Tech: White-labeled IT solutions for financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprises across Africa.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be inaccurate or if you violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Services without express permission
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code — are the exclusive property of Wealth Afrique or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

The financial literacy content provided through WealthNuggets is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult with a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

7. Wealth Tech Services

Wealth Tech solutions are provided under separate agreements between Wealth Afrique and business clients. The specific terms, service levels, and pricing for Wealth Tech engagements are governed by individual contracts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wealth Afrique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wealth Afrique, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
